A construction site changes week to week, and so do its risks — gas where services are cut and capped, moisture where walls are closing in, and a handover where the record usually disappears. It's as true of a bridge pour or a tunnel fit-out as it is of a tower. SapienOS monitors the build as it happens, and hands the operator the data along with the keys.

Gas on a live site

Services get cut, capped and rerouted constantly — on building sites and civil works alike — and methane doesn't wait for the next handheld sweep. Periodic checks tell you about the moment of the check — not the hours in between.

Moisture sealed into the fit-out

Wet trades, weather and programme pressure mean slabs and frames get lined before they're dry. The mould claim that follows arrives years later, with no record of what was sealed in.

Handover without a record

The operator gets manuals and warranties, but the building's actual conditions during construction vanish — right when defect-liability questions need them most.

Gas monitoring, industrial heritage

SapienOS grew out of industrial methane sensing, and it shows: continuous methane monitoring with alerting to site management — backing up your safety procedures between formal checks, never replacing them.

Moisture through the fit-out

Temperature and humidity tracked in the zones being closed in, so you know what was dry before it was lined — and can hold the programme where it wasn't. The same record follows a civil pour: conditions around curing concrete, measured rather than assumed.

A handover data pack

The building's measured record — gas, moisture and environmental conditions through construction and commissioning — packaged for the operator, with every reading authenticated with a per-device key and signed at the gateway.

Structural monitoring

Vibration and structural health monitoring on the same platform is in development — on the roadmap, not available today. Instrument a site now and the modular hardware is built to grow into it.
