Temperature, humidity, light and pressure measured in the rooms themselves, not inferred from a duct sensor — live today, with CO₂, particulates and VOCs on the sensor roadmap. On-gateway AI learns each space's normal and flags the floor that's slowly losing ventilation before it turns into a tenant issue. Advisory flags; your team makes the call.

Plant, switch and comms rooms

The unattended rooms where heat and moisture quietly cost you: temperature and humidity watched continuously in electrical rooms, comms rooms and plant spaces, with drift flagged while it's still a maintenance job — not a cooked switchboard.

Moisture in the envelope

Trapped moisture behind cladding and linings does its damage out of sight. Moisture and humidity conditions tracked in risers, ceiling voids and accessible cavity spaces — and the thermal and humidity cycling the envelope actually lives through, on the record.

Envelope movement sensing

Sensing how a façade and structure respond to wind and thermal cycling is in development — on the roadmap, not available today. Monitor the envelope's environment now and the modular hardware is built to grow into movement sensing.
